日本广播协会记者提问，在俄罗斯总统普京访华之际，美国方面一直指责中方向俄罗斯提供武器制造的材料。    (ECNS) -- Seventeen schools in Guizhou Province signed partnership agreements Sunday with 17 Malaysian schools during the 2026 Guizhou–Malaysia Friendship Schools and Exchange Programme at Guiyang No. 3 High School.    The initiative aims to deepen educational cooperation, build longterm platforms for teaching discussions, teacher and student exchanges, and cultural interaction, and promote closer ties among young people from both sides.        Ye Sen, director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Division of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education, said the partnerships would provide a long-term platform for teaching discussions, teacher and student exchanges, and cultural interaction.    Zheng Shufen, principal of Fairview International School in Malaysia, said she hoped the exchange would grow into long-term cooperation, adding that education could connect the two countries and create a better future.    Organizers said the partnerships are expected to support coordinated regional education development.    (By Gong Weiwei)                    。中方对此有何回应？

二 | ”汪文斌指出，中方在军品出口方面一向采取慎重、负责态度，严格管控军民两用物项，包括民用无人机出口。美方一边对乌克兰提供史无前例的军事援助，一边对中俄正常经贸往来进行无端指责，是典型的双重标准，极其虚伪，也极其不负责任。

汪文斌称，美国在乌克兰危机中的被动局面不是中方造成的。事实证明，拱火浇油只会越陷越深，政治解决才是结束乌克兰危机的唯一正确途径。向中方甩锅推责，解决不了问题，也缓解不了美方的被动局面，反倒会使事情进一步复杂化，其结果恐怕也不会是有关方面所乐见的。

“中方始终致力于劝和促谈，但我们不会背锅，更不会为别人的行为买单，我们将坚决捍卫自身正当权益。”汪文斌表示。
